Purchasing Vouchers
Organizations may purchase certification examination vouchers for $400 per voucher ($474 value), or recertification vouchers for $194 per voucher ($315 value), and distribute to candidates/employees at their discretion.
Instructions to Purchase Vouchers:
- Visit https://cpancapa.learningbuilder.com/account/login/
- Click Register as an Organization and complete the account information and email confirmation.
- Once complete, log back in to access the Account Details page. Click on My Vouchers to manage vouchers.
Two Ways to Pay: Check or Credit Card
- Purchase vouchers by clicking Purchase Vouchers
- Enter quantity of certification or recertification vouchers.
- Click Checkout – Enter required payment information and click “Continue”
- Review purchase and payment information and confirm purchase.
- Clicking “Complete Purchase” will process payment, and the new vouchers will be added to your inventory.
- Clicking “Edit Payment Information” will take you back to the previous page where you can edit payment information before submitting.
- Once the payment has been processed, you will be re-directed back to the voucher’s homepage where you can view the newly purchased vouchers.
To pay by check (or to receive an invoice)
- After you have created your account, email abpanc@cpancapa.org with your organization’s name, billing address and the number/type of vouchers needed.
- We will provide an invoice that you can use to request a check from your organization. The check must be physically mailed to the ABPANC office: 1133 Broadway, Suite 715, New York, NY 10010.
- Once we have processed your payment, we will add the purchased vouchers to your account.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing following the receipt of your check at our NYC office.
- You will receive an email from the Learning Builder system once this has been completed.
Finding and Assigning Your Vouchers
Your purchased, used and unused voucher inventory is summarized at the bottom of the “My Vouchers” screen.
The list can be expanded by clicking the + sign.
The expanded list provides detailed voucher information. The “notes” field may be used for recording voucher recipients, or other voucher-specific information.
Voucher codes can now be provided to employees for use as payment when applying for CPAN or CAPA certification or recertification.
Additional Information
Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Unused vouchers are non-refundable.

Certify More, Save More
Certify More, Save More is a cost-effective way to support nursing staff in obtaining CPAN® or CAPA® certification or recertification through bulk voucher purchases and tiered discounts based on the number of vouchers purchased in one transaction. Organizations that buy in larger quantities receive greater savings, making it easier to support nurses pursuing CPAN® or CAPA® certification and recertification.
Organizations can purchase a minimum of three (3) certification/recertification vouchers by completing the order form, agreeing to Certify More, Save More terms and conditions, and submitting payment.

Pricing & Payment
- Bulk voucher purchases include a discount on ABPANC’s standard certification/recertification fees. A minimum of three (3) vouchers is required to qualify.
- The discount is applied automatically based on the total number of vouchers purchased in a single transaction.
- Organizations can mix and match certification and recertification vouchers to qualify for bulk discounts.
- Additional vouchers can be purchased later, but only the vouchers in each transaction qualify for the applicable discount. Each additional purchase requires a new form.
- Payment must be received before the Term begins.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH or Check.
Participant Details
- ABPANC does not require the name of participants at the time of purchase. It is the Organization’s responsibility to assign vouchers to eligible participants.
Guidelines & Restrictions
- Participants must follow ABPANC’s Certification or Recertification Handbook policies and procedures.
- Participants may reschedule an exam for a later date (rescheduling fee applies), but withdrawals are not allowed.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Unused vouchers expire at the end of the 12-month Term — no extensions granted.
- Pricing and program details are subject to change without notice.
- It is the responsibility of the Organization to ensure that all nurses who receive Certification or Recertification vouchers are eligible to take the CPAN or CAPA exams or to Recertify their credentials.
