I understand and agree that:
1. This practice exam, and any future such practice exams I may take at this site, are the exclusive property of the American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification, Inc. (ABPANC). ABPANC’s practice exams and all items contained therein are protected by federal copyright law;
2. I agree that I will not copy, reproduce or share any part of this or any other ABPANC practice exam in any manner, in part or in whole, by any means whatsoever, including memorization or electronic transmission.
3. I realize that an ABPANC practice exam is a tool intended to assess strengths and weaknesses and is not intended to serve as a study guide nor should it be used as a substitute for studying.
4. I hold ABPANC harmless from and waive all claims and recourse against ABPANC for any liability for my performance on any APANC certification exam due to my use of or completion of any ABPANC practice exam.
Violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate removal from the ABPANC Practice Exam Online Program. Further, your ability to register for an actual CPAN® and/or CAPA® certification examination will be in jeopardy.
