Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (the "Site"), including all information, documents, communications, files, text, graphics, software, and products available through the Site (collectively, the "Materials"), you are agreeing in good faith to the following terms. ABPANC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the Site. Certification Not Endorsement by ABPANC
ABPANC certification does not constitute recommendation or direct or implied endorsement of ABPANC-certified practitioners for a particular user's medical needs, and do not replace the need for clinical advice and/or professional healthcare services.
ABPANC Not Liable for User's Failure to Investigate Practitioner
An individual's choice of an ABPANC-certified practitioner is that individual's own responsibility, and should be made following a thorough review of the available materials and information, whether provided by ABPANC or other sources, and in consultation with appropriate healthcare professionals. It is the user's responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or validity of all information and materials available on ABPANC's website. The choice of an ABPANC-certified practitioner is solely in the user's own discretion.

This Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to provide specific commercial, financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. It is provided to you solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for purposes of resale, distribution, public display or performance or any other uses by you in any form or manner whatsoever.

ABPANC Not Liable for Practitioner's Misrepresentation/Malfeasance/Misfeasance
ABPANC shall not be liable, in law or equity, for any incidental, consequential, punitive and/or special or exemplary damages arising out of or related to, directly or indirectly, the choice of any ABPANC-certified practitioner, the decision by ABPANC to certify a particular practitioner based on any misrepresentations made in the application for such certification, or any contact whatsoever with ABPANC via the Internet, including, but not limited to, use of ABPANC's services, resources and materials, notwithstanding the prior knowledge of ABPANC regarding the potential for such damages. Moreover, in no event will ABPANC certification render ABPANC responsible for any improper conduct of or imperfect treatment results rendered by an ABPANC-certified practitioner (however arising, including fraud, negligence, misrepresentations, willful misconduct and other torts).
General
The Terms of Use and the other rules, guidelines, licenses and disclaimers posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between ABPANC and you with respect to your use of the Site. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Use, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure by ABPANC to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms of Use or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. The section titles used in the Terms of Use are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.
