Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree that:

  1. This practice examination, and any future such practice examinations I may take at this site, are the exclusive property of the American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification, Inc. (ABPANC). ABPANC’s practice examinations and all items contained therein are protected by federal copyright law;
  2. I agree that I will not copy, reproduce or share any part of this or any other ABPANC practice examination in any manner, in part or in whole, by any means whatsoever, including memorization or electronic transmission.
  3. I realize that an ABPANC practice examination is a tool intended to provide experience with taking multiple-choice examinations and to assess strengths and weaknesses and is not intended to serve as a study guide nor should it be used as a substitute for studying.
  4. I hold ABPANC harmless from and waive all claims and recourse against ABPANC for any liability for my performance on any APANC certification examination due to my use of or completion of any ABPANC practice examination.

Violation of these terms and conditions will result in your immediate removal from the ABPANC Practice Examination Online Program. Further, your ability to register for an actual CPAN® and/or CAPA® certification examination will be in jeopardy.

Please note: After you log into the PES system, select “ABPANC” and “Buy an Exam.” Complete the practice exam. You will be assigned your new, free exam sometime after midnight after submitting your first exam. The free practice exam will be available in your account when you login the next time.
